Garrett G40-900 Turbocharger 62mm
The G40-900 turbo forms part of the Garrett G-Series, taking the lead in technology from it’s predecessor, the GTX4088R. Offering up a 32% increase in compressor flow and 16% increase in turbine aero flow, the G-Series brings the best in turbo performance!

The G40-900 is the smaller of the two compressor inducer sizes available in the G Series G40 range. It’s bigger brother, the G40-1150 offers a larger compressor inducer size of 71mm. Turbine housings are interchangeable between the G40-900 and G40-1150.
TIP: Garrett horsepower ratings are calculated at crank horsepower not wheel horsepower. As an estimate, reduce ratings by 20% for wheel horsepower ratings. For the G40-900 we would recommend it’s use in up to 720 wheel horsepower applications.

How long until my order would be dispatched?
With hundreds of combinations offered in the G-Series line of turbochargers, we simply do not carry them all!
For most Garrett turbos, orders will dispatch in 2 – 3 business days. At times, Garrett does experience out of stock periods (without notice) – if this occurs, we will contact you immediately to discuss an ETA.
While we continue to grow our stock, please contact us prior to purchase to confirm availability/lead time if your order is urgent.
When will I know when my order is dispatched?
We will keep you up to date with information on your order via email. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Once dispatched (provided to the shipping courier such as Australia Post), you will receive another email with your tracking information.
How long will shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on your exact location as well as the couriers own timelines! As a general guide, see below. Please note, orders to WA are considered Rural for shipping guidelines and all timelines are approximate from the date your receive your tracking number.
