This Policy applies to the personal information from individuals in the European Union (under the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”)) and all other global customers collected, processed, disclosed and stored (collectively “used”) by Street Race Solutions.

We may also collect your personal information from third parties or through publicly available sources, including but not limited to WooCommerce, WordPress, AfterPay, ZipPay, Eway, and ZipMoney. We collect your personal information from these third parties for the purpose of order fulfilment and account management through our site, in accordance with their privacy policies. 5. Data Use

Personal information collected by SRS will only be used for the purposes specified in this Policy or indicated on the relevant pages of our Site. We will not use your data beyond what we disclose in this Policy.

Data may be used in a variety of ways, for example:

We will use your data to fulfill your orders, to analyse and improve how our business and website works, and, where we have your consent, to provide you with marketing updates. We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access to or disclosure of your information, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect.

We do not store any credit/debit card information. All payment information is securely submitted to our bank for processing.

While we take all reasonable precautions to ensure that your information is secure and that our users are protected, there always remains a risk of harm. The internet as a whole can be insecure at times and therefore, we are unable to guarantee the security of user data beyond what is reasonably practical.
