The NEXUS PD16 is Haltech’s new power distribution product. Boasting new, innovative yet user-friendly technology, it sets a new market standard for power distribution systems. Designed to integrate seemlessly into your existing Haltech Elite or Nexus engine management system, this product ensures safe, dependable power delivery to your vehicle.
This harness simplifies the job of wiring into a new or existing Haltech system. The harness includes a pre-terminated Superseal 34-pin, DTP4 and DTM4 connectors at one end and unterminated, wires at the other. Unterminated wires are organised into groups and clearly labeled.
The flying lead harness has been specifically designed for the Haltech PD16 power distribution module. Installation notes, wiring options and a full wiring diagram are included with your PD16 or can be downloaded from our website.
Please Note: This kit is compatible with Haltech Elite and Nexus ECUs ONLY Does not function as a stand-alone PDM.

How much will shipping cost?
We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders over $1000 AUD. For orders under $1000 AUD, live shipping rates will be available for you on the cart and check out pages. We offer shipping with Australia Post and Aramex. For urgent orders, we recommend Australia Post Express.

How long until my order would be dispatched?
With over 10,000 parts listed, we simply don’t carry them all! While we continue to grow our stock, please contact us prior to purchase to confirm availability/lead time if your order is urgent.
For most Haltech parts orders will dispatch in 2 – 4 business days. At times, Haltech does experience out of stock periods (without notice) – if this occurs, we will contact you immediately.
When will I know when my order is dispatched?
We will keep you up to date with information on your order via email. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Once dispatched (provided to the shipping courier such as Australia Post), you will receive another email with your tracking information.
How long will shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on your exact location as well as the couriers own timelines! As a general guide, see below. Please note, orders to WA are considered Rural for shipping guidelines and all timelines are approximate from the date your receive your tracking number.
Australia Post (Express): Major Cities (1-2 Days), Regional (2-3 Days) and Rural (2-5 Days).
Aramex: Major Cities (2-3 Days), Regional (3-5 Days) and Rural (5-7 Days).
